Polo Point Clubhouse Reservations
Please see the calendar on previous page for Clubhouse availability. Remember that we automatically open the front main door and and patio door for your party, so allow appropriate time for set up when reserving your time. You can only reserve the Grandroom as the pool can’t be reserved. Swim suits are not allowed in the hallway/Grandroom area. A small conference room can be reserved by filling out the calendar in that room. You must live in Polo Point Community and be a Clubhouse member (two free rentals /yr) to reserve the Grandroom. If a member wishes to exceed the two free rentals, there will be a $200 fee with a $100 deposit. Polo Point community non-members can rent the Grandroom for a $300 fee with a $150 deposit. If you don’t properly clean up after your party ( per checklist found in kitchen) you will be charged the $100 cleaning fee. If you don’t pay it your entrance card will be cancelled until paid. No flame candles or smoke items to be used inside the building.
During December and January weekends, Xmas eve, Xmas Day, and New Years Day may be only be reserved for half days ( 8 am to 3 pm OR 4 pm to 11:30 pm) and only 6 mo in advance. Please make your selection below if this applies to your reservation.
If “Cleaning Service” ( verses self clean) is selected drop off a $100 check made out to “PPCOA”. The cleaning service will vacuum Grandroom, hallway and entrance, clean kitchen counters and floor, and will wipe down tables and clean chairs. If you do have a spill clean up immediately with supplies from the storage room.
All garbage must be removed from the Grandroom and put in the garage. After event, put the furniture back the way you found it, remove your items from the refrigerator, please complete the checklist, sign and leave in the kitchen.
No helium ballons, glitter or flamed candles allowed in the grandroom. Maximum capacity is 80 people for grandroom parties (Includes grandroom & patio area)
Our Clubhouse is under 24 hr camera surveillance, thus any issues can be validated by recordings. After submitting your request a confirmation will be sent to you and you need to then validate the calendar to ensure date and time you requested are correct.
